To be clear - I'm not a doctor or medical expert. I've been dealing with back pain when I first injured it rough housing at age 12. Thirty years later, I thought I'd tried everything for the pain.
Last week, I was at the shop lifting lots of boxes, bending over, and standing for long periods of time at the register. My back was screaming. My muscles were spasming, and I was having a hard time standing.
Having nothing with me to ease the pain, I grabbed a container of Emu Oil Hot Pain Stuff. I'd never tried it before, and I previously leaned towards more of a cooling menthol rub for topical treatment.
Emu Oil Hot Pain Stuff comes in a roller ball applicator, and just putting it on it felt good on my muscles. A mini massage as it were.
I felt relief, but I was still hurting quite a bit. At the end of the day, I slowly stumbled my aching back out to the car.
Not two minutes into my drive, I suddenly felt the heat from the HOT Pain Stuff. I was taken a back a bit to be honest, I hadn't really felt the heat until my back was pressed up against my car seat.
In the time it took me to drive home, about 25 minutes, my back was completely relaxed, and even my neck and upper back felt relaxed enough to get some good cracks out of them!
I honestly couldn't believe it. I don't know if I've ever tried a topical pain relief that had such an impact on my whole back, even where I didn't apply it.
