I personally am a great promoter of the value of apple cider vinegar to a healthy diet. Great for weight loss, (take a teaspoon full before every meal and it will make your body absorb less fat by making it pass through your body). Make an energy drink out of ginger, apple cider vinegar, honey and water and it will replace your bodies electrolytes as well as those sugar laden energy drinks on the market. Lot's of beneficial healthinformation that has been around for years but somehow fell through the cracks.
